At Dream Team we firmly believe in the power of sports as a vehicle for positive change and personal growth. Through our AAU Basketball program, we offer young boys from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to develop their athletic skills while also instilling crucial life values, character development, and mentorship. Our program is designed to empower these young individuals and equip them with the tools they need to succeed on and off the court, and all FOR FREE.

Manhood
The Dream Team transcends the boundaries of a conventional basketball program; it serves as a dynamic platform for empowering our future leaders. Rooted in mentorship, skill development, and the cultivation of essential values, our mission is to nurture confident, responsible, and successful community members.
Every Friday, the boys of the Dream Team convene at the Antioch Police Department for workshops focused on personal development. These sessions are designed to equip our players with the tools and insights they need to navigate life's challenges with resilience and purpose. Topics covered in these workshops include:

Mentorship
Our 16u boys basketball program holds a special place in our hearts and is an integral part of our overall program. These young men serve as mentors and champions, creating an environment of love and appreciation for our 11 and 12u boys. While they may not compete in as many tournaments, their primary focus lies in practicing with and supporting the younger boys in every aspect of their lives.

As leaders within this program, we understand the significance of equipping our 16u boys with the necessary tools and guidance to effectively mentor their younger peers. We believe in providing them with a structured framework and comprehensive training to cultivate leadership skills, foster youth development, and embrace a strength-based approach when working with young individuals.
